Conor, your intro this week was explosive! I felt like I was at a GWAR concert!

Probably because my speakers were all the way up.

The second half of the podcast as the Ron show was soooo funny!

Not in a bad way but it's like "I tried this... and this... and this..."

Bravo, another amazing show.

I'm not going to knock GWAR Paper, that's a bad road to go down. That band has some fans...

Ron! I may have playfully dissed you on my voicemail (where I declared Josh the sanest man in podcastdom) but you were on fire in this episode! Trying so many comics and communicating your excitement. Great.

I take your moving to singles on Invincible as a testament of the quality of the comic. My experience with it is like many others -- I heard it was great but I was never in the mood for a superhero trade. Finally, I tried it and was sucked back in.

Another great show. Hope you guys will be returning to San Diego for a special extended video edition which is how I first sampled the podcast.

It's worth noting that the Jack of Fables story that Josh mentioned started in issue #6, (skipped 7-10 for a different arc) and finished in #11, making it a 2-parter total.

Ahhh thank you. This is the first one I picked up (not by choice, they put it in my box...) and I was trying to figure that one out.

Loved Conor’s energetic intro. Ron was on fire this week, way to come back with a bang! Any more elaboration on your thoughts of UXM?

That makes much much more sense. Thank you. It's funny, because with so many books, I remember reading the first part of that, but it felt like a long time ago. I hope no one buys the wrong issues because of me.

This is an awesome and terrible power we wield! Only their retailers can save them now.

Ron, I'm completely with you on Invincible. I put the book on my pull list about 4 months ago, since then I've completely caught up on the trades, and caught up on the issues. I LOVE reading the book in trade, but DAMNIT I want to read it every month. I haven't tried it in issue form yet (42 being the catch up issue was ironic for me), so I'll at least try the next arc to see how it feels.

The book is just too damned fun to wait for trade.

I was hesitant to post, because this could very well sound overly critical or ungrateful, but why did you guys include another question about the merits of comic book film and basically a plug for your video show in the listener input section of the show.

We've already heard your opinions on the criticism of comic book film and you plug the video show every week, so those two questions seemed redundant.

I only ask this because I love the show so much that I want as much new content as I can get, and unnecessary rehashes are kind of meh on my scale.

Sorry to sound so negative, I really love the show and hope that you guys don't take offense because I mean to be as constructive as possible.

I enjoyed this episode immensely. At one point when Ron was extolling the virtues of the New Warriors, in my head, I was picturing Fred throwing his computer across the room. If you guys are going to come back with as much energy as Ron after a week off, maybe you should all schedule rotating weeks off once a quarter or something like that. Please don't do it anymore often than that though, because the chemistry suffers slightly when it's only 2/3's of the triumvirate.

Also, I started with Invincible in trades (volumes 1 & 2) but quickly went to the single issues, I just need my fix every month. Josh and COnnor should follow suit.

I hope this means that, one day, hopefully, Invincible will be POW.
