or do you delete the file once you're done viewing it?

watch it, dump it, wait for the next one.
if I need it back later (rare), I grab it off the rev3 website.
I do the same for all pod/vid casts except Manager Tools which are more like an MBA management tutorial series.

I started keeping them at episode 75... I'm thinking about dumping them all but a select few, though. I actually enjoy putting episodes on when I'm going to bed sometimes.

Typically, once I am done watching an episode if Diggnation I wipe it from my Podcast library on iTunes. However, at home I have all the episodes on my Windows Media Server that I stream to my Xbox 360. The same goes for TRS.

Nah, I delete them after I watch them. I just don't see the point in saving them and I don't have the space to store them.

Well i use to archive, not sure where i left off. Considering i have a 220 gig harddrive sitting beside my computer right now i have plenty of room to archive. Plus if i ever really wanted 2 I coudl always do a funny clip show sorta thing. Or waste my life away countin EXACTLY how many times they said "so heres the deal" or anything like that.

ORLY? You gots a single hdd that is 1.5 TB? Most have cost a lot, and is probably SCSI and slow.
Nope, don't archive. No point really. The show covers weekly stories, only need to hear them once.

I download the episodes via iTunes, and I have it set up so it only keeps the latest 3 episodes of every podcast. So yeah, I guess I keep every 3 last shows.

I don't archive them, but I wish I did. I'm scared they are going to take some of the older stuff offline in the future though.
IF YOU TAKE THEM OFFLINE, GIVE US FAIR WARNING!

I got them all, the 1st few are in mov the rest are in xvid. I archive way too many tv shows / pod casts. My Media Center is pretty healthy on the way of media to watch. Only thing that is crap is the xvid encoding changes through the series and the latest one would have been one of the worst now that joey isnt the editor.

I delete them. I orig. saved them when they first started airing, but at around ep 18 i realized i was just wasting my hard drive space, since i never re-watch them, and they are readily available on the rev3 servers. Only takes me 30 minutes or so to download the h264 version, so if i NEED to see an old ep, i can stand to wait the 30 mins to re-download it.

I've forgot to mention that I also archive the show, but only the xvid releases. I've burned about 5 or 6 dvd-r's of episodes so far. Verbatim cakebox FTW! (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817507003)
