wow the movie had the same sub plot as the first.I was amazed that they would do that.this year should have been a great year for movies but they drop the ball on spiderman 3,pirates 3 and now FF2.

Considering how bad the first one was...did you really expect brilliance?

That's more of a statement than a review.

I really think this has been a terrible movie year. So far, all the big summer movies have been total disappointments. Pirates 3 was crap. Spidey 3 was crap. Ocean's 13 was okay. Was Superman Returns this year? Cause that was crap.

Superman Returns was last year...
and the whole movie industry, as of late (past 3-4 years), is crap.

Well I liked both Spidey 3 and Pirates 3. However I wasn't really a fan of the first Fantastic Four so I probably won't even be seeing this one in the theater.

The Surfer was cool, I'm still a little shocked that the character is actually up on a movie screen. I truly thought it was one of those things that would never happen.

Other then that there is not much else of note, and with Tim Story directing you were never going to get much more anyway. The guy just has zero style in his filmmaking, it's all very point-and-shoot vanilla storytelling. The movie isn't overtly bad, but it's not great either. It's just kinda there.

Chris Evans' Human Torch is pretty spot on though.

Oh, I disagree about that though.

The Prestige, Pirates of the Carribean (the first one), Batman Begins, Brick, Children of Men, Blood Diamond, The Departed, Serenity, Borat, and there's a lot of other pretty cool movies from the last 3-4 years.

I didn't enjoy the movie one bit. Honestly, I'd say this movie isn't better than the first, but just as bad. It was 87 minutes of practically nothing. What happens at the end of the movie could have happened at the beginning and everything would have been avoided (I won't say what for those that don't want to be spoiled, but for those that did watch it just think about it).

This is the worst movie that I've seen in quite a while.

The Silver Surfer is the most rad character in any comic movie, I mean his name is Norrin Radd.

That's so much Rad that it needs two D's. You see he's the Double-D's of comic of comic movies.

What's the point of all this you ask? We'll I'm glad you asked.... (fade to silent black)
