Newbie

So, I'm fairly new to comic books. I've been reading them for quite a while, but I don't live anywhere near the local comic book shop, and I don't have enough money to regularly keep up with things. Generally I just pick up TPBs. Anyways, I've started a pool, and have decided to just go splurge on comics in a while. I'm looking for some suggestions

Thats all I can think of off hand. Also, the only two series I am currently following are Runaways and New Universal. New Universal has a lot of potential, but isn't doing much with it. I think I'll drop that.

So yeah, anyone have anything I need to read? So far I'm thinking of Superman: Red Son, Kingdom Come, and... well... Thats about all I really know I want.

I got to add Kingdom Come to my trades to read stack. Since you are getting Villians United, get Secret Six as well.. Good stuff.. Read it in Borders yesterday.

I've got a trade of Villains United coming my way, but do I need to read Secret Six first?No. Secret six was the title released afterwards. I read Villains United, and have yet to pick up Secret Six. VU was great though. The new Ragdoll is my absolute favorite villain.
