The funny thing is there is no bite marks at all on the case

Oh man that sucks. Make sure you check out Activision's website about some kind of disk replacement plan, but I'm not sure if they do that for Guitar Hero II. My dad had his 360 scratch his Call of Duty 3 and they sent him a brand new one when he sent in his old disk and $20 I believe.

If you bought it from gamestop and still have your receipt you can trade it for another one.

That's actually how Bob Barker got into the neutering game, he was teaching his dog a lesson after it chewed up his copy of Tennis for Two (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennis_for_Two). And he still holds that grudge to this day.

Yeah i couldn't find anything about the disk replacement plan for Guitar Hero 2

okay, two questions...
1) Does it still work?
2) Why was the Guitar Hero 2 disc not in your 360? Clearly you must have just bought the game and not played it yet, or you must have just beaten it. Otherwise there should be no reason for it not to be in your 360.

2. I moved it from my bedroom to my living room and haven't hook it up yet, I got it 2 days after it came out
