That's probably because #26 took forever to ship. I am enjoying the Cap-less Captain America thus far.

Agreed. (on the delay feeling)
I wasn't that high on the last issue, but I think it should be more interesting here on out.

Thsi thread is not for posting your entire list, just what you're most looking forward to.
There's already a place for your list (http://www.ifanboy.com/archive/weblog/june_20th_2007.html).

Hulk 107. I love Gary Frank's Hulk(although in the previews the colours looked off).
probably Ultimate Spider-Man #110. It's the end of an era. (unless you count the first half of the next issue)

Hulk 107. I love Gary Frank's Hulk.Oh, cool. I'm a fan of Gary Frank as well. Always liked his style going back to his run on Supergirl with Peter David.

I have to be honest: about 85% of my list is a Maybe at best this week. I don't know if I have another Fallen Son book in me, and as for that X-Men one shot... I think I need someone to swear to me that it's not filler before I take a peek.

Definitely Captain America, Ive given up on JLA until Metlzers off.
It is a tie between Incredible Hulk, Captain America, and Countdown. I would be looking forward to this big Flash issue, but I just hopped on the book.

Ex Machina, not even close. The PHONOGRAM trade would probably be second.

Tossup between Countdown and Captain America (I really liked those preview pages we got). I also like the idea that The Spirit is going to be a mini anthology this week.
I'm excited for my whole slate of DC books. I'm meh on all my Marvel but USM. I've become Bizarro Fred.

Yeah, it's a really good DC week.
I'm 6 marvel, 6 dc this week
Probably the Brave and The Bold.
Though Repo looks cool and I loved Teenagers from Mars. More Rob G and Rick Spears fun.
And, I'm probably the only one, but JLA. Remember it's the END of that mess...

it looks like it's going to be a great week. as for me, on the DC side i've got to go with Flash. I really want to know what's going to happen with that character.
Marvel has a toss up with Captain America taking a slight edge over Fallen Son: Spider-Man

Me no Bizarro Fred. Me hate comic books - especially DC. Me have pleasant disposition and never make provocative remarks.

I've found that only the second Fallen Son issue to be weak. the first was okay and the third was great.
Brave and the Bold on the other hand is quickly losing my attention. i have a hard time following Perez's pencils and the storyline is too jumpy for me. Plus the characters they are introducing me to (Supergirl, Blue Beetle) aren't interesting me and it's definitely not making me want to go out and try their solo books.
I'll probably give it 2 more issues to turn around before i drop it like my sister's baby

I actually really like the Brave and the Bold for almost those reasons, I love the chance to visit characters from the DCU who I don't care about in single issues. I'm probably never gonna pick up a Blue Beetle book but it's nice to get a little knowledge about him.
And I love the lighthearted feel of the book, snappy dialogue, fun stuff.
I hear you on the Perez art though, sometimes it's a little "busy" but that's his way right? You gotta love backgrounds...

See, that's why i jumped on board this book. I really wanted to get to know other characters in the DCU other than the JLA stable. But the way Supergirl, Blue Beetle and Lobo were handled, it didn't really get me interested in the characters. I think DC might be missing a great opportunity to show new readers why they should be reading those solo books
I'm with you on the Supergirl portrayal, but I liked the Blue Beetle, and I'm waiting on the Lobo issue before I pass judgement. He's a tough character to write considering he was supposed to be satirical, and now he's the cliche he was supposed to make fun of.

My most anticipated book of the week is Cap 27, now that I remember how Cap 26 ended. Any time someone's mission is to kill Iron Man, I am on board. Hulk, Bucky, Rocket Raccoon, I don't care.
I still can't believe they resurrected Bucky and I loved it.
I think that bru should make bucky say "you killed steve rogers, prepare to die."

Cripes. Did anybody see next week's list? I've got 10 books I'm definitely getting, two digests (Clubbing, Ant-Man), and a couple of possibles.
And if I have that many, that usually means you guys have tons.

Same with The Spirit. And Cap. Ex Machina, too. Damnit, I'm so stoked for tomorrow, yet can't pick up my books until Saturday.
