Boil boneless chicken breasts untill done....they turn white and float :). Then shread then using two forks, pulling the chicken apart into shreaded pieces. Next, put in a bowl and cover it with BBQ sauce(put alot on the chicken soaks it up)....Famous Dave's Sauce is my favorite. Then plop on sandwiches, with optional cheese (swiss?). This is very easy to make and can be warmed up later.

*Just a note to go along with this it is better to get quality chicken breasts, not Tyson's bag-o-chicken.

That was great. Do you have a good recipe for boiled eggs?

Put whole eggs in boiling water, let sit for long time. Painting is optional.

Dan - a couple of options for you ...

1. Boiling a chicken breast is called poaching. As Emeril says, "I don't know where you get your water from, but mine isn't seasoned." I guess he never cooked in LA ... anyway, try throwing in some other flavours to the water when you are boiling the chicken - cajun spices are good (I like Joe's Stuff (http://shopping.nosoc.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=77), but thats a personal preference), red wine or cider vinegar are good, apple juice (seriously) is good, as is a chopped up lemon.

2. You could also do this with any cooked chicken - like a roast chicken from your local supermarket.

My variation uses bacon. Fry the bacon, remove when done to your liking, toss sliced BBQ chicken (the sort you buy at the supermaket already roasted) into the bacon fat, and fry it up. Let it absorb some of the bacon fat (bacon fat rules!). Take is out, shred it with some BBQ sauce as per your suggestion, then throw it on a grilled hoagie roll with the bacon and some swiss cheese. Do it fast enough that the swiss starts to melt.

You can feel your arteries hardening under the weight of the fat, by it tastes so good :)

Boiling meat is just wrong. Put it on the bbq where it belongs.

Really easy to do....And really good. A good way to change up your chicken dishes.

Why on earth would you use chicken for pulled bbq... Its called "pulled pork bbq" for a reason. Also its not what most people would think of as bbq since the sauce is usually vinegar based...

Why would you call boiled anything Barbaque. "BBQ Style" maybe. However, roast chicken pulled from the bone is yummy part of some great southwest dishes.
