The intro to PixelPerfect is really well done, but it doesn't match the tone of the show at all. It has the techno-grunge look with big blocky fonts that Kevin Rose seems to be in love with, but that look in stark contrast to the clean minimalism of Bert's website, his art, and the virtual set. Not only that, but the length and complexity of the intro increases the file size of the show dramatically.

Hmmm..... doesn't really seem to bother me. The only thing is that the intro's volume and the volume of the actual show (Bert's segment) are on two different levels. The volume indicator on my speakers usually reads Lv.2 during the intro and Lv. 7 during the show. Only probs I have with the show, really.

I like the intro art - that darn eraser tool and the renegade pointer arrow get me every time lol :D

i love the intro. one of my favorite parts of it is bert walking around the background and guiding the photoshop tools.

I usually just run the slider arrow for the video to about 40 seconds and skip the whole intro, lol!

The two other things that bother me about it are that it's so much louder than the rest of the show (you invariably end up having to change your speaker volume when Bert starts talking) and that it uses such a high bit rate that it almost acts like a barrier to the actual show (it takes almost 3 minutes to load the intro and then the entire rest of the show loads in less than 1).

Yep, that's what I do, too.

I love the intro too, however, with every show, after watching it 100 times I just skip it now. I think the intro was very well done.
