iTunes keeps downloading old episodes

Is anyone else noticing iTunes (seemingly) randomly pulling down old episodes? Often I'll maximize iTunes only to find that it grabbed 3 episodes from 2 months ago. I assumed at first that rev3 modified the episode in some way, which triggered my iTunes into thinking that it was a new ep, but it keeps happening.

We know that this is an issue, but it is not just the Revision3 feeds. iTunes is having the same issues with other feeds as well. We've made an inquiry with Apple and are awaiting an answer.
