Ok, I don't know if this counts as spam (famous last words) but I think it could be considered relatively legitimate.

I don't know how most of you feel about me, what public opinion is or anything, so you could very well start flaming me as soon as i say this, but...

And if you've got a few minutes and could register and vote for us, we'd really appreciate it. Hell, vote for whoever you want. It's not my call. We just worked pretty hard on it and would like to win the 10,000 and use it to make a film, instead of pissing it away on frivolous crap.
