I think they just don't want you saying "HEY CHECK OUT THIS AWESOME PODCAST NAMED XXX"

I think they're fine with a thread, "'The Ups and Down of DRM' was discussed during this weeks episode of XXX... Do You Agree?'"

Well if you think about it, FromTheShadows could be competitors. Hak.5 could also be considered competitors. But I could be wrong.
