Why is it that when a commercial starts with, "If you are a homeowner . . ." I first think they are talking about me, and then realize they aren't?

I have to agree, Just upload the video. It's not like you need a 10 man team to do so. I understand Rev3 is super hot right now and a lot is happening for them, but honestly...put your shows out on time.

It just takes a while to encode to the new player. Don't sweat guys. It was encoding when I checked 2 hours ago so it'll be in front of our eyes soon. They're still looking to fill the position so all you peeps who say you can do it better send in your resumes!

so what does the position entail? I mean is it anyting more than simply FTPing the file to an assigned location and updating the website with links? My 8 year old Nephew could do that so I'm thinking it's likely something more, no?

Ok asshole, as far as I know, revision3 is a company trying to make money, and we're their customers. And they're providing a forum to talk about their product. So why aren't we allowed to complain?

This is kinda funny. Just so you know, this isn't a flame, I'm trying to help you out.
1. I think your reply to that post is misplaced. It's called sarcasm, you should look it up. (If the orig. post wasn't sarcastic, then I'm John Candy)
2. If they are a company looking to make money then how are 'we' their customers? This is a common misconception with TV. Customers pay for a product, we don't. We're the product. TV shows, now including Geekdrome with the BarterBee ads (and attachment to rev3 with venture capital) sell their audience to advertisers. The adversiters buy eyes to advertise to.

My theory is that because they took so long encoding the feed we can only watch the feed. It's ok by me as I'm not trying to watch it on my psp, but if I was I'd be rocking backward and forward.

So of course you do so only to get to the desk and the person there tells you you were in the right line the first time.
So to summerize thanks JLo for getting me in trouble with the senior members of Rev 3. Now how am I gonna get them to like me.

First time watcher of Geekdrome, and while it was a bit slow in parts, there were two bits that I thought was kinda interesting. First off, I watched Hands on a Hardbody years ago when it first came out, and found it to be funny (Come on, the one guy has a 20ton airconditioner hooked to his mobile home!), and thought it was neat that you guys were talking about it. Also, I was fast forwarding a bit, and right when I stopped, you guys had said that the viewer had already fast forwarded and were trying to grab their attention.

Haha! I totally forgot about the air conditioner! That was hilarious! And yes. We will grow on you. Hopefully you'll be fast forwarding less and less and we will be giving you less and less reasons to. Or at least I will be because I'm 95% sure it's because of me...
