Save Traveler

ABC is not renewing their show Traveler after it wraps up the season next Wednesday. First they scaled it back from 13 episodes to 8, and now they aren't renewing it. It's been the best show I've seen in a while. Its like the Fugitive, only better. Hopefully fans can pull a Jericho and get it saved.

It always struck me as a miniseries style storyline - where do they go after next weeks finale? Did you ever see Sleeper Cell on ShowTime? Similar concept - extended story arc miniseries.

I can't see how they can complain about ratings though - its not rating season, and this is one of the great shows to come out this summer.

Who knows - maybe they will make a followup season.

I can only hope. The cast's contracts haven't been renewed, so I'm nervous. This was actually a smart TV show, shame if it goes away.

If you have a second, please go to ABC.com and click on the "Contact Us" link, and tell them you'd like to see another season of Traveler or you're never going to watch another series on ABC. Stop pulling shows that fans invest their hearts and time into!

So I looked it up and on ABC website watched a clip in a club with some lady as the guy exposing the truth or something...acting seemed pretty stale.

There's a few online petitions man, help save the show. If Jericho can do it, maybe we can save the show. That cliffhanger can not be the end.
