you really like them? i thought that they were poor compaired to the old school commercials. but the dinosaur commercial was pretty great

The fedex ones are probably some of the best commercials on TV recently. The half pipe one is awesome.

I dont really like any current commercial - none of em make me want to watch it or buy the product. Though the best one i'd say is the Mazda one - i like the Zoom zoom whisper at the end & the road = really nice digital editing.
All-time best commercial is probably Apple's 1984 commercial. Though the Mastercard Priceless one's are really good as well.

i have yet to see the half pipe commercial on tv, but i saw it on their site.

My all time favorite is the commercial with Pepsi and Coke with Jimi Hendrix....Not that funny, just thought it was clever....

Yea I'm a fan of him, and that was pretty cool to see.
How about the new "Head On" commercial? I can't find a video of it, but they completely mock themselves. It's the original (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOvFIxUz2XY), but an actress walks in front of the screen, repeats "Head On! Apply directly to the forehead" mockingly, and then "I HATE your commercial, but I LOVE your product!"
Okay, not from a cinematic/visual perspective. But purely from a humor standpoint, you have to love a company that can take advantage of having one of the most obnoxious and most parodied commercials out there, and make it funnier.

anything with a monkey is always funny, like the newest careerbuilder commercial with the monkeys shining laser pointers at the dude's crotch.
Visualy I love watching that budweiser select commercial with the various objects that form the crown with the chemical brothers song playing.
