From what i gather from the show these guys go to authentic training camps all over the world and train in traditional styles of martial arts. I believe the first one they go to is a real ninja camp, not a american one, but a real asian one thats serious and they train with them. Looks interesting.
There is a lot on these channels ( discovery,history,tlc) anymore that are really fun. Ice road truckers i watched today and it was cool and man vs wild is awesome and even deep catch is cool.
Anyway, thought some people might like to check this show out.
