I haven't seen that particular video before, but I've seen better implemented tech before. There was this one where you wear a skull cap and you could play Oni (my first favorite PC game), and you don't have to use a mouse or keyboard or aything else. If possible, I would volunteer to have a nuerological implant that allowed me to interface with an electronics system to control it, a la GitS.
