I simply answered the question. I stumbled upon this thread by going to the same tribulation apparently the original poster has. Namely trying to find it and not succeeding.

And anyhow what exactly is your problem with answering an old question? If the original poster has subscribed to the thread, he will get the answer he wanted. How timely it is or how he chooses to use it is up to him/her. We are just exchanging information here. Lighten up.
