Well i been seeing a lot of stuff for the iPhone lately and i have to admit im fast becoming a addict. I know the Rad hosts each have one, cept for dan i think, so i thought it would be fun to have a place to share all our links.
So to kick it off.
Leaflets

Incase your not on a iPhone right now http://getleaflets.com/screenshots/
Great little site that is trying to bring a lot of things together. So far they have a RSS reader, Flickr interface and delicious and some others too that ill just let you go check out for yourself. A really clean and fast interface over edge.
Digg
http://www.digg.com/iphone
Pretty self explainitory. A digg interface for the iPhone. Still a little primitive, but not bad once you get used to it and more important, fast over the edge network. If you got wifi you might as well visit the main page though if you ask me.
Beejive
http://www.beejive.com/products.php#jtiphone
Beejive is like trillian for the iPhone. Trillian also has a client but from what i have heard from people Beejive is better at the moment. To access it on your iPhone go to http://iphone.beejive.com
Well thats a start, back to work for my last job of the day. Im sure ill be adding more as time goes on and hopefully you all will too.

Cool idea. I think a segment on the show where you guys say what you like and dislike about the phone would be cool. Without of course getting too much in to the technical side of things. Just general stuff. :).

Awesome, im glad i can bring something to the table for everyone :)
ok now when i played with this, my initial reaction was simply ... f-ing cool dude.
Gentlemen, buckle up...
telekinesis
This is a google app for the iPhone that allows remote control of your mac from your iPhone. Wait theres more. If you download and install this app now, not only do you get remote desktop with remote file execution, but a streaming media server. That 8gb making you leave some of your favorite songs at home ? Well if you got a wifi hotspot or solid edge service ( i think 80kb is recommended ) you can stream that library to where you are. Works with music and videos. Sorry for the infomercial :).
But how cool is this ? Im streaming 311 from my mac right now and playing it on the speakers outloud. Im launching programs on my mac from my iPhone as well. Hands down the coolest app i have found yet. Check it out and see all the stuff it can do on the site.

*edit*
Ok, im taking a picture on my mac, of my iphone, showing the remote desktop of my mac, showing the desktop of my mac through the iphone.

Supa Sweet. :)
http://mockdock.com - Great launcher page for a ton of iPhone web apps.
On the topic of web AIM clients:Try Tiny Buddy: http://tybyim.com (http://tybyim.com/)
It uses AOL's API, so you only log in to AOL's servers. While still inherently insecure, it is more secure then sending your information through a third-party server.
Remember, when you are not dealing with a service directly, you're handing your password over to a middleman. Just something to think about.

I'm not trolling, but I'd like to know what the average iPhone fanboy thinks of this article:
http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=iphone
Despite the admittedly aggressive (and decidedly 'adults only') nature of the article it raises a lot of valid points.

Im kinda over explaining the iphone to people that are set out to hate it no matter what. My opinion is he doesnt have one, hasnt even touched one for a long period of time if at all and is just regurgitating what someone else typed some where. Nothing more annoying then someone shouting about something they dont know about, while claiming expertise in it. Kinda sick of being called a fanboy just cause i like a product too.

First of all, the E70 has a full keyboard, not some shitty stripped down, tap-and-pray smudgy piece of shit. Nokia uses a technology that's even more advanced than the iPhone's tap screen, allowing you to actually feel the keys you press as you're pressing them! The technology is called "tactile response," and it allows you to do things like dial a phone number without staring at your screen like a shit-chucking ape. In fact, every other cellphone ever made has this technology, sometimes called "buttons."
Accurate or not, it is damn funny.

Id have to disagree. I dont find hateful humor funny these days. Everyone is always so angry anymore. I like debates where facts are presented in a none confrontational manor where both ends are open to hearing and discussing each others opinions. Perhaps its not as "funny", perhaps im old, tired and cranky, but sometimes trying to be funny just isnt worth the effort, like that site. To me its kinda sad, for reasons that have nothing to do with a iPhone.

What was that line from Contact ?
David Drumlin: I know you must think this is all very unfair. Maybe that's an understatement. What you don't know is I agree. I wish the world was a place where fair was the bottom line, where the kind of idealism you showed at the hearing was rewarded, not taken advantage of. Unfortunately, we don't live in that world.
Ellie Arroway: Funny, I've always believed that the world is what we make of it.

Google Mobile News Reader
Not to bad. Recently i have gotten into the google home page and been setting up my RSS and reader subscriptions. Most of them are straight up RSS feeds, but i do have a few that i have moved over to the reader interface and i do enjoy it on my mac. There are other feed tools, but this is the fastest i have found yet so im gonna post this one for now and watch the others. Also see how hard it is to move all of my 20+ feeds over to all google reader too. Ill come back to this post with my results later.

Enjoy.

Google News Reader Update
Ok i have been using the google news reader for a while now and i have to say its pretty sweet. Obviously its not as good as a full fledged news reader like on the google home page or whatever else you use. There is a side benifiet on the iPhone though. Its fast fast fast. What it does is use the google moble news reader and reading stories through it strips out all images and backgrounds and puts i as pure text. I mean when your reading news do you need all the pretty on the 200th day anyway? So adding stuff to it isnt hard, i would suggest setting it up on a computer through since you cant copy and paste yet on the iPhone, put it in its own folder, unless you want it all jumbled together and thats it your set.
So thumbs up on the google news reader in my book. Its perfect for when your standing in line and have about a minute or 2 and want something to read or for deep news ingestion. And if you get tired of the all text interface you can always change it back to the classic interface.

SciCalc
One thing i have heard some people complain about is that the iphone has no scientific calculater. Well this app fixes that if you really need one. Its a little jank looking, but not that bad. More importantly its usable. Hope ya digg it.

TipCalculator
Ok this is cool if you ask me. I cant tell you how many times i have been eating and cant figure out how much of a tip i need to leave. Ok so every single time. Anyway, to be able to open up my iphone and instantly figure out out ? Golden.

Couple more Quickies
Network Tester
Nice little app that does test in relation to wifi or edge. Quick Light and easy.
http://www.iphonenetworktest.com/
Movies
Not a bad little app that lets you look up the movies in your area by state and zip and town. Ties into IMDB and lists trailers that play in QT right on the iPhone. Also links to www.movietickets.com so you can buy your tickets online. Not a bad little app really for a movie goer like myself. Definetly bookmarked on my iPhone.
