I sent Diane a message through myspace saying I enjoyed her being on InDigital and that she would be missed. I was suprised to get a response. She said thank you, but didn't know she had been replaced until fans told her... Can anyone confirm this is really her myspace account? If it is I have lost all respect for Revision3. I am really just wondering because she doesn't address it at all on her blog.

don't know what to say, except that i've seen her on hgtv and maybe hahn thought that she had moved on to bigger and better things, you know?, yea i checked it and i am sure it's her site and also messaged her well wishes and hope she can jump on to another show here with someone else if not her own.

Maybe she hasn't been "replaced." Noone could replace Diane. Not even Wesley Crusher could replace her.

Maybe they just wanted to get more episodes out, so they used different people since the original ones don't have time in their schedule to do any. Either way, I'm sure that now so many people have told her she's been replaced, she'll get a definite answer from Revision3.

Let me clear this situation up. Diane and I had an arrangement for the first 4 or 5 shows. Consider those episodes alpha/beta releases. After the initial episodes, we would both reevaluate. The decision to use different people was exclusively mine and had nothing to do with Revision3. I took some time off from the show and decided that Diane's busy audition and hosting schedule and Andrew's committments to his full time job made producing the show difficult. With Revision3 becoming a formalized company, a more permanent arrangement between us, and our hope to make the show more regular, we moved to get some consistent faces (Wil and Jessica) to further the show.
I enjoyed working with Diane and Andrew and I hope we'll be able to work with them in future episodes if their schedules permit.

I was about to say, Mr. Choi does the show on his own, Revision3 just takes the final product.

Thank you for the clarification. I look forward to the new show for different reasons than the old one. I think this is natural. I also wish Diane and Andrew the best.

Went back and watched all the episodes. Shocked to see Will. Didnt know if the hosts were changing from show to show. I want the show to be about digital life. I would like Diane to stay, yet things happen. I just hope what makes the show stays the same.

I hope you can get Diane Mizota back on the show, seriously. I am a business student, and believe Hanz and Diane look great beside each other as a marketable concept.
All jokes aside, I really enjoyed the Diane and Hanz pair, you guys had a lot of fun together on the show, and really made it fun to watch.

I agree with the majority here that Diane was a great part of InDigital... but she's an actual famous actress/host ... so you couldn't really expect her to host a tech show for long... especially an online tech show. She's used to high profile stuff. Sad to see her go though.
And Will's delivery is horrible, it's like he's a robot reading. He needs to loosen up a bit and also not try too hard to the "the funny one" because he just looks like an ass.

I suspect that Wil may actual be an ass. But you're right, a lot of his humor just doesn't work. Alex Albrecht is much funnier.

Oh God, **** yes he is. Alex is just more natural when it comes to humor which is why I wish they would do a live show like the old Live Studio Audience The Screensavers with him and Kevin. Those rocked hard.

An online internet TV version of the Screensavers would be awesome! It would be like a dream come true :D haha
Seriously though, bring back the hosts, Patrick, Leo, Kevin, Alex, and get them to make a monthly Screensavers clone!
*Tear* I miss the Screensavers!

In defense of Wil I have to step up and point out like the little tattle tale on the playground of your miserable life that your psuedo opinionated critisism of a guy who is all but to greatful to be a part of an exceptional team(In Digital) and an up and coming production company(rev3) is as valid and respected as a Porn Stars attempt to run for political office in California, a rather sad attempt to feed a monster troll that in retrospect is just stupid, in the end it just makes you the bigger ass and I for one see through what you described as "the funny one" role and try to find the genuine emotion of Wil's devlivery. Give the guy a break, he is brand new and I truley believe he is trying. Why in god's name would someone come to a show to try to eclipse the foundation of which that show had already been built on? The guy is a bona fide geek and maybe his social skills arent up to par to your don juan demarco roofy induced smooth talk but that dosent mean he is being a pretentious prick. I think the line up is great the way it is and I personally dont think anything needs to be changed except your attitude. I swear when you give these ungrateful asshats an inch for opinion they take a whole damn mile. Oh and if you guys are offeneded by the language, get the **** off the internet and go watch seaseme street.

As is common doing this sort of thing. You put a cast together for a pre-determined amount of time, do some episodes, and then if things don't take off immediately, then you go and do something else for a while. (That's my impression, anyway.)
Thanks, Hahn, for clearing this up directly and specifically so it didn't escalate.

Diane is hot, but come on, Chi-Lan is pretty cute too.
Anyway Indigital has gotten so much better since the comeback episode.
I think I just needed to get used to the new hosts.
It's great to see that Techtv still lives on.( on the web anyway).
I hope some day it might make a return to tv.
I just want to see that other networks ratings drop faster if techtv would come back, but I won't get my hopes up. REV3 just keeps getting better.
Thanks for all the great work guys on the shows.

His delivery is a bit off but I think it's because he's being his unadulterated self. He needs to tone it down a notch. He should be a very decent actor so I'm sure he can do it and not let himself come through so much perhaps.
The only way in which he 'looks like an ass' is that he's clearly a bit too much into everything he reviews. I'm sure most of us geeks will be the same too in that situation, but that's not quite what a host of a show should be IMHO.
It's just a bit jarring: Hahn's smooth but knowledgeable with it (bit bland if I were to be critical), Jessica's got the non-geek aspect covered in an enthusiastic and to the point manner - their attitude works smoothly on the show. And then you've got this colossally enthusiastic geek to the point of being overbearing and you do start wondering if it's forced. Wil being himself is very engaging when talking about himself or doing book readings, but not so when in a lifestyle-tech show. I think just taking things down a notch in the nerding and over-earnestness stakes would work wonders.
The Alex comparison is quite good. He's very natural with it, gets what he's thinking across in an often humorous way without getting excessively nerdy on your ass.
(Sorry this wasn't about Diane Mizota. Not being from the US I have no idea who she is)

Ouch, tell us how you really feel. ;) Seriously though... I love the current cast. It really works well because each person brings a different perspective. Frankly, I can relate most to Wil though. I can relate to the products he reviews, his perspective on how he reviews them and his anecdotal delivery is actually pretty funny to me. He doesn't look like an ass IMHO, and I'm surprised that anyone would feel that way.
Anyway, threadjacking sucks so...
Diane Mizota IS hot. I also miss her being on indigital. Joan Chen is also hot. I don't know who that person from HGTV is that you all are talking about but I'm sure I would like to see any of the 3 in a schoolgirl outfit. JM2C. :p
