Yeah, I'm not really feeling this show either. Maybe it's just the topics so far, but I don't know, it just doesn't seem to fit in the Revision 3 line-up. I personally would love a good music podcast, but I don't think this is it.

This episode is definitely better than the last one.

This episode is definitely better than the last one.
Agreed. It came off to a much better start than last week's sleeping pill.

This was actually a pretty interesting episode. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
As a fan of Kraftwerk, this was a cool way to look at how the type of music Kraftwerk created back in the day (and still creates) has been updated to be more... live. I guess.
At a Kraftwerk show, the music and images are all definitely scripted and "pre-made," whereas this seems to be a lot more "on the fly" especially with the video side of things.
I really liked it. Much much better than the first episode.

Oh yeah, and the host, Tom, comes across much better in this episode. I dunno. Just seems a lot more comfortable this time around.

I think with the right topic/band I would really like this. The DJ/VJ thing was close, but when I read the summary I was hoping for some more algorithmic music (like something w/ supercollider maybe) instead of a bunch of people mashing stuff together. I mean, the results are pretty cool, but...

I think the episode is great. I think the whole purpose of NotMTV is to make something that focuses on underground/unknown music and this is perfect. I thought it was really interesting and can't wait to see more stuff with the same theme.
thanks to all of you that took time to view and post!!
props to notmtv.tv for for helping the masses!!
thanks and props to the web for bringing us together like traffic!!

HOLY SHIT WHERE WAS THIS BAND BACK BEFORE I STOPPED DOING DRUGS!
I like the show, I'm a music eccentric though with a HUGE palette of musical taste though. If you can successfully market this show to people like me it'll be successful as hell with a strong cult following. IF you can ... good luck with that.
I hope it doesn't die, I'm hooked.
(Only problem is the host kept doing this "Dude, I'm a pretentious MTV VJ" thing that screams bad news anchor. Don't act like your on a show, the guests don't put up any sorta act so why should you? Just talk CASUALLY with a strong voice! e.g. during the trailer interview in episode 1)
