Kevin Smith and Heroes

I searched for a while and didn't see this anywhere, so if the thread already exists you can nix this one.

But did you guys see the announcement that Kevin Smith will be writing and directing an episode of a Heroes mini series (6 episodes) called origins? That sounds incredibly fantastic - both the show idea and that kevin smith will be doing an episode. Apparently they are trying to get 6 different writer/directors to do the shows, but we'll see if that amounts to anything... I say just give it all to Kevin and see what he does with it. He's got a great video on his site where they make the announcement at comic con - the dude is absolutely hilarious.

I heard him discussing it on his podcast "Smodcast". I love the show and I love sense of humor. I can't wait to see what he does with the whole "Heroes" world.

I think he will do a great job directing, but it wont be some hardcore smith material obviously. I'm looking forward to his next 2 projects.
