Thanks to a series of fortunate and unfortunate events, I am now in possession of tickets to the Penny Arcade Expo. However, I've never been and now have 2 weeks to plan all this crap out. Lotsa stuff to be done. Gonna be sweet though. :D
Anybody else going this year? Tips? Experiences?

If I still lived in Oregon I would totally go. It seems pretty interesting but I'm not sure exactly what kind of expo it is. Is it comics? Games? Sci-fi?

Man Raleigh never has cool stuff like that. I'm freaking missing out on so much great stuff.

Games. Many varieties. Console, PC, Tabletop, TCG, Handhelds. There are a number of tourneys going on for things like Gears, Halo 2, Quake, Warhammer 40K, stuff like that. Then there's an exhibit hall, which from what I can tell is basically like an E3 type setup with demos and schwag, etc. There's gonna be concerts with MC Frontalot, Jonathan Coulton, The Minibosses, Neskimos, and a few others. And some panels too, but they haven't released a schedule for those yet, so I don't know what's gonna be there.
My bday is the 26th, which happens to be the last day of the expo, so this will be a pimping birthday weekend.
I'm seriously considering getting a DS Lite, because 1) My SP drowned in the wash and 2) PAX is like DS Mecca. Weapon of choice for lines and free play lounges.
