EDIT: here's an interview with RR. It sounds pretty cool - it's going to be set up as a double feature somehow, like a 70's drive in movie.

I want to see it purely for the gatling gun mounted on a harley.
...and the hot chick with the M16 for a leg.

OKay, I thought the rifle on the leg was so dumb. The entire time I was in the Army, whenever I was holding a rifle, someone would would alway be saying keep it pointing up (like you're not suppose to ever learn anything, thank GOD for these morons). M16 clog so easy, using one as a leg replacment is unwise, an AK47, sure, you can do that.

So you're complaining that the M16 clogs too easily, and that is why an M16 (that is able to fire without squeezing the trigger) jammed up the stubb of a stripper's leg is far-fetched?
Welcome to B-movie cinema...

Thats the exact same argument Max Brooks made in the Zombie Survival Guide. The gun nuts absolutely hate him for choosing a Russian Gun and they are still saying hes wrong about it.
So something tells me Rodiguez hasnt read the Guide yet or he wanted to go with the "patriotic" choice.

No matter what gun it is the muzzle is going to friggin clog with dirt if you use it like a crutch. The reliability of the AK-47 won't keep the barrel clear.

I beleive he was talking about the guns tendency to jam, if he was talking about it getting clogged with dirt then completely throw out my post after that, because Brooks definately wasnt talking about a gun with dirt stuck in it.
