Every since I read your post, the overuse of the world "literally" sticks out to me like nails on a chalkboard, whenever I hear it on the show. I think Alex is the guiltiest of saying it, and it has kind of rubbed off on Jeff and Dan. In fact, I think Kevin called Alex out on the last episode of Diggnation, when he used it unnecessarily, saying something to the effect of "as opposed to figuratively?

Nuts, I was just about to suggest three drinks when someone breaks the show! Here's my attempt at a bit of consolidation and equalisation, opinions welcome:

1 sip:
- when the background changes
- when someone says 'dude', 'rad', 'epic', 'awesome' or 'amazing'
- when Steve adds text or pictures
- when Alex touches his hair or nose
- when someone says 'literally'
- when Dan references a movie
- when Dan stumbles over what he's trying to say

1 drink:
- when the fist pound explodes
- when Alex puts on his H8TER pants
- when Dan does something to become a little more manly
- when someone makes up a word
- when Jeff brings everyone back on topic
- when Alex says 'at the end of the day...'
- when Dan stops to think really hard
- when someone's name or location is butchered or forgotten
- when someone discusses the garage temperature or mentions sweating
- when someone mentions the crickets or cockroaches
- when Jeff criticizes the storyline of whatever they're reviewing
- when Dan references his childhood

2 drinks:
- when Jeff mentions The Shield for the second time in an episode
- when the origins of the episode's title are revealed
- when another Revision3 show is referenced
- when Steve is heard off camera correcting the guys or reminding them of something
- when someone breaks the show
