I can already see how this will play out on TRS.

Dan: So we're getting a remake of Enter the Dragon...
Jeff: But it's being made by Kurt Sutter, producer of ''The Shield'' THE GREATEST SHOW EVER!

I still say that title would make for a great D&D porno.

Unless Sutter can pull a fully grown reincarnation of Bruce Lee out of his ass, I'll skip it. Bruce Lee was what made Bruce Lee movies interesting, and Sutter likely knows that.

Yea, this is a true rape of my childhood. I dont care who is directing it. If its not bruce lee, or bandon lee, its nothing.

I MIGHT and thats a big MIGHT if it was jet li or maybe, just maybe jackie chan, since he has history with bruce and would do it right.

Anyone else .... i just cant see it working out.

This could be Chuck Norris's John Rambo or Rocky Balboa!

Totally unnecessary. I watched Enter the Dragon not long ago and it's still fun today. Who could even come close to playing Bruce Lee? As much as I like Jet Li and Jackie Chan, I don't think it should be a known (in the US) actor/action star. Perhaps there is some great up and coming kung-fu action star from Hong Kong, that might be cool. I just see Hollywood messing this one up BAD.

One of my favorite parts on The Office.

It was inevitable that the studios had to finally suck the life out Bruce Lee too. When are execs gonna learn to leave well enough alone. And it had to be WB too, ya meat heads! Where's Shannon when we need her to block this dumb move. Another childhood memory to be tainted. Great.

His name's Tony Jaa. And while he is awesome, he fights in Muay Thai style, not the extremely quick style that Bruce Lee had. I think this is a terrible idea, there will never be another Bruce Lee.

didn't bruce lee have a role on the green hornet? since they're remaking that maybe they'll use whoever plays his part in the remake for this remake...if that makes any sense

Ha ha! This went over almost exactly how I pictured it. Awesome.

I think that the obvious thing they are gonna do is use the same technology they use to put other dead celebrities in commercials and such, and remake the movie...WITH BRUCE LEE!!

If the remake turns out well, I'd be even more interested in a "Game of Death" movie.

I would prefer to see a remake of Fists of Fury. I love that movie. I think it would be a great vehicle to introduce someone new to the U.S. audience.
