Flight of the Conchords gets 2nd Season (JFC NOT)...

Flight of the Conchords and Entourage are both getting another season. I for one watch both shows but really dug FotC. I hadn't heard of them until the show, but once I found about them I made sure I caught up on them quick. Let's hope they add some new songs next year!

Also, HBO mentioned that John from Cincinnati was getting canceled. I remember Jeff, Dan, and Alex not really liking it at all - I felt the same way after watching one episode - but after I kept watching, I was hooked like nobody's business. I thought the way they presented the story along with the intelligence they brought with it was just awesome. I know a lot of people really didn't like it, but I'm sad to see it go :(. BUT HEY! FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS!

I love Flight and Entourage. I usually love any original series that HBO puts out, except for the one that had that chick from friends star in it (I'm too lazy to imdb her or the show, but not enough to type this...)

I watched John from Cincinnati from start to finish. I really wanted to like this show and get into, but it just couldn't grasp me.... or maybe I couldn't grasp IT was the real problem here. I follow a lot of parallels and double meanings, but there is just so much in this show that makes you go, "huh?". I don't really know what its message is, if there even is one.

It's rare for an HBO show to get canceled (see nameless show above), but I thought as I was watching this that I could imagine this getting the axe. Apparently it did.

I'm going to be at a loss for good HBO shows, I don't think I'm going to get into the new relationship based show ( I think it's called Dedication). Thank god Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming back.

I love Entourage, but haven't seen Flight of the Conchords, I'll have to check it out and see if it's available on demand.

How could anybody like JFC ? I am glad it got canned ! It was just one string of random "surfer" idioms peppered with the word **** forced into a story that attempts to be deep. The guys were right about the show.

I watched the first 3 episodes of Flight and its funny but I dont really like the music bits. Entourage is awesome. Curb is amazing, theres a semi trailer for it on youtube somewhere and its great. JFC was terrible, worst acting iv seen on a hbo show.

Yeah! you said it. what was with that kid? I mean sure he was only in the show for like 30 min. but could they have at least cast a child actor who could act.

one of my hang ups about JFC what ever john's "father" was, god an alien or what ever it had the power to create a thing that couldn't be killed , read minds, astral project , transubstantiate , give people visions etc. ect. But it couldn't create a something that could speak english?

Yeah that kid was really bad. I never watched past episode 1 so I never really cared who john was or what he was.
