Is Revision3 a publicly traded company? And if not does anybody know when they might be?

Revision3 has just got is second round of Angel funding. That funding PURCHASES stock/shares in the company - just not publicly traded stocks.
To go public, those shares need to be converted to publicly traded stocks. That is one way for a company investors to realise the profits in a company, but divdends, and interest on loansare others.
