1kg chicken breast in pan, add spices, add about a litre of cider, add half a litre of cream. Put in oven at around 200celcius, cook for an hour. Cream your pants when you taste it.
Coc au vin would be nice to see too, or maybe chocolate/chili chicken?

Alex didn't even let the cheese pie set before trying to eat it. I don't think that even if the pecan pie were going to set they would let it. :P
I don't understand why they don't use a video wipe for stuff like that. ???
They do it for when they are using the oven.

Here is an easy (well relatively easy) way to make some great home made pasta.
What you will need:
Gnocchi -
1 envelope (2 come per box) of Garlic Instant Mashed potatoes.
2 cups of milk (whole milk!)
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups pasta flour
1/2 cup of plain white flour to kneed the dough over
Pesto -
2 envelopes of Knorr Pesto mix
1 1/2 cups of olive oil
1/2 cup of chopped garlic
1 cup of dried basil
a few leaves of fresh basil chopped up fine
1. Combine in mixing bowl - 1 envelope of Roasted Garlic Instant Mashed Potatos ( but 1 envelope of any should be ok...)
Heat 1 1/2 cups of milk.. to near boiling... just starting to bubble in pot.. add to potato flakes... you may need to add a few splashes of milk until the potatoes are firm, but close to what you may be willing to eat...
2. in small bowl - Blend 1 egg, with a splash of milk (as much as 1/4 cup, no more)
3. Combine potatos with the egg/milk in the mixing bowl.
4. Blend/mix well...
5. Add one cup of pasta flour (Antoine's 100% Durum Semolina)
6. Mix well..
7. Add 3/4 of Pasta Flour - continue to mix/blend..
8. Knead on pastry sheet on white flour... cut in half and half again...
9. take the small portions, roll in the white flour into a breadstick sized roll.. cut these into small pieces and roll the pieces over a fork w/ thumb.. roll the dough off the fork (rolling over itself) to make the dumpling.
Put gnocchi into boiling water...
10. When the Gnocchi raise to the top of the water, remove them with a slotted spoon or skimmer, into a bowl....
11. When the Gnocchi are finished - combine ingredients listed for Pesto above in a sauce pan, heat till the oil begins to bubble, take off heat, add finished sauce to gnocchi to taste.
Enjoy

FRIED MOZZARELLA STICKS
1 (16 oz.) bottle vegetable oil
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 32 sticks
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Heat oil to 370 degrees in electric skillet or heavy-bottom saucepan. In bag, shake cheese sticks with flour until well coated. In shallow bowl, beat eggs with water. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Dip floured cheese sticks, one at a time, in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture until well coated. Place cheese sticks on large baking sheet and chill one hour. Fry sticks 3 or 4 at a time in hot oil about 3 to 5 seconds or until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce for dipping.

Mexican food is really easy...
here's a quick fajita recipe (guessing most of the quantities, but you can't screw it up)
1 Cut up peppers and onions (long way, about 1/8 to 1/4" thick"
2 saute in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a blistering hot pan (preheating with oil in the pan is a good idea (especially with non-stick since it can be toxic))
3 add about 1-2 tsp of cumin to each cup worth of peppers and onions. Toss to coat.
4 in a separate smaller pan heat up corn tortillas (keeping this pan blistering hot is nice too, so cast iron works best)
5 put sauted (lightly about 3-4 mins) onions and peppers in tortilla, top with fresh grated medium or sharp cheddar, little salsa or hot sauce.
done.
if you're going to make it in advance, just keep uncooked, sliced onions and peppers in a tupper.

Also a drink episode is never out of the question...
mjbcomics's mojitos:
about 10 to 12 FRESH mint leaves in high or low baller.
2 tablespoons sugar in high 1 in low
smash and grind with the handle of a wooden spoon until it forms almost a paste (depending on how bad your hands are shaking or sorrows rising)
ICE IT UP (to the brim nearly 80-90% full)
put a tablespoon or two of lime concentrate on the ice.
Pour clear rum about 45% of glass (or to preference...)
club soda the rest of the vestibule.
stir well. injest.
if your friends hate the mint leaves or are too drunk to pick them out of your teeth, use a metal coffee filter (but I still recommend using ice when concocting and them pouring over fresh)

CRAB RANGOON
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (of your choice)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Egg yolk
Peanut oil
Purchased Won ton skins or sheets
Mix crab, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Moisten edge of won ton skin with egg yolk... works best with a pastry brush. Place 1 teaspoon of crab mixture on skin. Fold skin corner-wise and seal. Just give them a little push with your fingertips and call it good. Cook in hot oil until lightly browned, and by hot I mean...when you set them in the oil, it should start sizzling right away.
Hope you enjoy this one...it is fairly easy...and is pretty damn delicious...
