I'm by no means the oldest member, but like a LOT of other people here, I've been watching Diggnation from episode 1, let alone thebroken 1...
I can't remember why I first joined the forums. It was to reply to something specific in an episode at the time. Just kinda took off from there...

Look in the top right of your post and you will see a Member since...That is what we are looking at but people have expanded on it.

I actually came across digg.com in December of 2004 but never registered until July 2005 mainly because it took so long to digg because there was no AJAX. According to this forum I registered Aug 2005 but I was kicking around earlier than that. I have watched Diggnation since Ep 1. I am 17.

And I was a member of digg in middle December, lost password, joined as a new person afew weeks later..forgot that password, then I waited for a few months jooned as G33k0ft3ch, forgot password and now I'm G33k0ft3chz on there.

Anybody remember the kevinrose.com forums? I was a moderator of them, before they ended in a firey mess. In other words, I've been around since even pre-thebroken 1.
