I was reading this article on Diet-Blog.com about if the smell of KFC makes you eat more or not. Granted I haven't had KFC in YEARS... but it reminded me of one of my fav quotes from SIMAAM
The Dad: I hated the Colonel, with his wee beady eyes...and that smug look on his face. "You're gonna buy my chicken. Oh!"
Son: Dad, how can you hate the Colonel?
Dad: He puts addictive chemicals in chicken...making you crave it fortnightly, smart-ass!
Not to mention the whole rant the father goes on about how big his son's head is. "HEAD! MOVE!"
Anyhow... I think this movie + Wayne's World movies were Mikey Myers best work... anyone else agree?

"So I Married An Axe Murderer" was his BEST work, hands down.

Er, well. Maybe in terms of acting.
But I found the movie pretty boring and the only funny part was him playing his dad. Which he later reused as the much funnier Fat Bastard.
No, I'd say I liked the Austin Powers movies infinitely better. Especially the second one.
The Wayne's Worlds were great though.

Unlike the other Meyers movies that seem to grow old, Axe Murderer seems to hold up the best.
Best lines?
Woman... woe-man... whoooa-man. She was a thief, you got to belief, she stole my heart and my cat. Judy, Betty, Josie and those hot *****cats... they make me horny, on Saturday morny... girls of cartoo-ins will leave me in ruins... I want to to be Betty's Barney. Hey Jane... get me off this crazy thing... called love.

It's not a particularly bad movie, but imagining that as the highlight of anyone's career is rather... sad, even if it might be true. I still prefer Wayne's World myself. You know maybe So I Married An Axe Murderer only holds up better because he didn't follow it up with progressively worse sequels, like most everything else.

Out of the Austin Powers movies, I still think the 2nd was the best, so I can't agree with that.

"He'll probably cry himself to sleep tonight - on his gigantic PILLAAHH"
I liked the part when he's caught naked in front of his girl friends roomate. That roomate chick, the murderer, Amanda Plummer ??? is weird. Also in The Fisherking and Pulp Fiction.
