No. I always want to improve the show and what it is. I am only 10% happy with what it is now but it's my baby and quitters quit. Dan and I are always trying to improve the show although it does look the same week in to week out. But look at the "gay" issue and things like that. We're trynig to make the show better for a wider audience. Watch the old episodes. We've both become better hosts... at least I think...

4 for the BA. 5 for the MFA. The hold up was me moving to L.A. and trying to start up working while doing my nonthesis (GBD) and thesis (El Rey). I lost some focus but also directed a few videos and wrote so it all evens out. If I'd have stayed in NY it may have happened in 4 years. Was it worth it? Personally, yes. Professionally? We'll find out together, now won't we?

No because it was WAY under the radar and no one cares about your hobbies. But people told me not to do GBD or Spores or El Rey or some of the video and those are some of the greatest boosts of self confidence I've ever had and people really appreciate them so do it for yourself, my friend. Send me a copy. We'll have Graham read it on the show. But confidence and professional appreciation is only granted to you after the fact so just stick to your guns, get the cajones and do it. I don't think I could just get you in... but I might be able to get you a window for pitching a show. They tend to showcase movies and things, but because it's all done in house there can't be any real editorial or they will not get access to many of the people that they can interview etc. Geekdrome can be as critical as it wants to be because it would be a seperate entity. Only problem would be that there couldn't be any swearing.

Cheese (who is about to turn 3) was a Christmas gift in 2003 and Hank (who is 2 and a half) arrived later in March. They were tiny when they were picked up and amazing. Hank was so small we gave him a big man's name and I always wanted to name a dog Cheese 'cuz it's ridiculous and it totally fit that little dude. I'll post baby pictures one day.

Donatello vs Hotrod would come down to attitudes. They are both the younger inexperienced members of their teams who act irresponsible and get scolded by the veterans and team leaders. Ultimately, when the crap hits the fan, Hotrod stepped up to the plate in the Transformers movie and became a leader. That's still one of my favorite moments in any movie. Dan really needs to watch this movie. When I was a kid it was so epic. Roadblock is third on the list because of his relationship with Cobra Commander in the GI Joe movie where they have to work together. That was pretty cool to see when I was a kid and I can still do pretty good at quoting that scene with both voices. "ONCE A MAN!!!!!!" That shit was my Shakespeare.

A wandering ronin in feudal Japan told through animals. It's really clean, clear storytelling. If you are a fan of stuff like Kung Fu or The Incredible Hulk where there's a new town/new problem every few episodes you will enjoy it. I use to take my lunch an hour before my boss, and take a nap in my car. Then I'd come back in and take a nap at my desk for an hour as soon as my boss left on his lunch break. I'd pretty much do this everyday while I was working and going to school which was about 90hrs a week combined.

well, my boss works in Arizona... actually there is only one other person in my dept that is in my office, and he's on vacation. The problem is that I sit near a door so people are walking by all the time. I should just go home and work from there... I usually get more work done when I'm working from home anyway!

Provided I have internet access, and my cellphone, I could be working anywhere. In fact, my wife and I are looking at renting a place in Savannah next spring so she can work on research papers (she will be on sabatical).

I often run errands, watch TV, etc during the day. Disadvantage is that I am always at work - I check email at 7:00am, and 10 or 11:00pm, and will often put in a couple of hours in the evening and over a weekend, so there is no quesiton of me not doing my regulated 40hours per week. Telecommuing (and having the ability to take a nap in the afternoon) is both a blessing and a curse.
