I love the content of the show but not the style. My impression of the back and forth between Om and Joyce is that it feels too rehearsed and stiff. What I've seen in other new programs is that the hosts loosen up after a while. But, this hasn't happened with Om and Joyce yet.

My suggestion is to not talk about the subject matter on the show before hand. Just give each host an outline or topics that are going to be discussed and the order it will be discussed and let the rest flow naturally.

Another suggestion is to have a third host that is more adept at hosting and have that person introduce the items and/or topics for discussion letting Om and Joyce impart their knowledge. After all, this is why I watch. I want to learn more about the tech industry and Om and Joyce know what they are talking about.

I like the show's hosts and the content. After watching a few shows it contains more material in its short timespan then many other interview style shows. You guys are too loose. This show is about business topics. There is a time for everything.

I have to agree - neither one of these individuals has shown one bit of personality in the work - it seems so "Clear eyes - it moisturizes" I hit the stop buttin in 7 minutes I was bored.

They dont seem to care about what they say.

At first I was not a fan because the news seemed to be too financial for my tastes at the time, and the hosts were a bit awkward. I started reading more industry blogs and became more interested in Web 2.0 startups so I came back to the show and love it now. Om and Joyce have really mellowed and the chemistry is there. I vote for GigaOm!
