Ok! How many hours do you spend on your computer on average day?

Last one to answer wins this round :)

8:00-6:00pm most days, less maybe an hour for breaks, then add an hour or two after work.

All up - about 12 ... and when I am away from the computer, I am often replying to email via my crackberry.

I wake up and check my e-mail before getting out of bed, while I'm still naked. Because my computer is next to me. I go to work and sit at the computer all day. I go home and get online and fall asleep with my computer next to me in bed.

I sleep with my computer! Does that mean I'm with it 24/7?

A true internet addict wouldn't admit it. :D

Lets add it up. 2-3 hours a day on revision3 looking at old shows, so i can catch up. 1 hours on youtube. 30 min on myspace. Average 3 hours playing pc games. 5 minutes for WebbAlert. 1 hour downloading from torrent sites.

About 8-9 hours on a good day that I'm off of work. But much less on busy days.

I'm afraid to actually count how many hours I'm online.
I don't turn my PC off, so, it's always running by my bed.
I wake up, go STRAIGHT onto my computer, turn on my monitor, then go online for about an hour or so, brush my teeth, go back on the computer, make some food a half hour later, and back on the computer.. The day goes on like that most of the time.
Some days I go outside (arrrgh! It burns!) but not that often.
I'd imagine myself to have gained weight in insane amounts, yet I'm still underweight.. Darn you metabolism!

Hahaha.... My day is similar. During working days, I am working in my office 8 hours a day, so I sit in front of computer roughly 7 hours in the office Monday to Friday. Then I come home and I sit another 3-5 hours or so. So yeah, computer is so much fun. There is so much to explore. With Google Earth I can jump to any side of this Planet and have fun... I love computers man, I love them. I am never alone when I have my Dell laptop in front of me. There is a huge World 'out there', and narrow-minded people who waste all their time offline (in bars, etc) would be much better off had they involved themselves into technology and enjoyed fruits of electronic age. Don't you agree?

I don't want to spend my time in bars, I love computers. I am geek, and like you, I also run on bandwith. :D Yeah, Geeks run on bandwith.

I can only get online via the computers at the library. I am quite happy for this state of affairs, as it limits me to less than two or three hours of the day wasting my time. Even better is hacking around the system so I don't have to pay the $3/hr they charge. :)

Time spent on computer is never a waste, never. Take this website for example (WARNING: YOU WILL GET ADDICTED TO SPACE SCIENCE) http://www.nasa.gov/ <---- NASA has tons of absolutely awesome space science related videos! You can watch them for hours, and hours.... you will never get tired of it. Science is so much fun, too much fun, a waaaay tooo much fun!

A few years ago, I was spending 10+ hours per day on the computer, and online. Now counting work, probally around 5 hours per day. More on weekends of course.

monday-friday 8 am to 5 pm with an hour off for lunch (which i have to admit is usually spent biking home and then logging onto my lap top). after work and on the weekends if i'm home my computer is on. so maybe 11 hours a day, yeesh. my laptop was the worst and best present i have ever received. we are all too addicted. truth is though, when i had the chance to be away from it for a week (on vacation) i was actually able to live without it...that means there is hope for me still right?

Average 9AM to 1AM but I get up at 6 in the morning at times too and go straight from there. I need to cut back.
