Armageddon is here, 62 characters to pick and two slots for the dudes u create, sounds like fun. 5 modes to play in, arcade, versus, practice, konquest, and motor kombat.
In arcade mode u fight 7 dudes(pillar of doom) to get to Blaze(fire dude that the Gods made, -_- i hate him, hes a puta) All the mortal kombat characters are here, from all "six installments," Sub-Zero, Shao Kahn, Jax, Noob(lol) Saibot, Nightwolf, Sheeva(shes hawt), so on and so forth. Fighting is the same as the last game, but this time u have two stances instead of three. Theres still that "killer environmet," like that last game, to badly hurt, or just kill ur opponent. A new fatality has been made, where instead of hitting certain button and doing Sub-Zero's "i freeze u, then break u and blood goes every where" finisher, u get to Kreate ur own fatality. U get about a couple of seconds to do an a attack, once u do that attack the meter fills back up and u get to continue the combo, the bigger the combo, the krazier the name is(Bloody Fatality, Brutal Fatality, ect,.)
Motor Kombat is like a weaker version of mario kart, but with fatalities. Theres 10 different Kombatants to choose from, all with their own little special move to harm one another on the race track. Personally, i didnt find this fun, i was like "meh," then i did a lap and was like "meh," after the third lap i didnt want to play anymore.
Then theres Konquest mode. In konquest mode u play as a Taven, son of the Protector of the realms, blah blah blah. Its a little beat'em up, u run around, see a bad guy, kick his ass, then keep running. When u encounter those important bad guys then u fight regularly.(with rounds, timers, and stuff) To me this is the best part of the game it keep me entertained for a couple of hours, plus its a good way to get koins(wtf is with the Ks)
Kreate a fighter at first is weak, u dont get alot to work with, u have to buy alot of clothing and moves.
So yea, Over all the games a "meh" play it a couple of times with ur buddies, laugh, cry, and finish off ur opponent by wraping the controller around his neck and popping it off (cause we all know violent games, make violent people) This game is more of a rent than a but, unless Mortal Kombat is ur thing.
