Geeks & Nerds of Revision3,

I joined Revision3 sometimes in March 2007. Since then, I enjoyed reading interesting opinions from all of you.

Originally, I registered my username as my domain name, and recently I sent PM to moderator asking him can I delete the current username and switch to a different username (because I don't want people to think that I am promoting my web site) - here is a copy from my "Sent" folder:


Subject: Important!

Hi Moderator!

I want to change my username. I registered this username quite some time ago, but other people might think that I am promoting my site. So, is tehre any chance for my username - Paluxo.com - to be deleted (not disabled, but deleted), so I can register something else? E.g. I could use "Danielus" username if available?

I never received response from moderator, which I believe is 'tokenuser'.
I would appreciate moderator's attention to this matter.

I would appreciate moderator's attention to this matter.Moderator goes to ALL mods. Not just me. I have no power to do this ... you need to contact an administrator.

chuckles is a nice guy but remember to not look him in the eyes...

also good call on trying to change your name :) thats cool.

Yeah talk to Chuck, he'll get you all straightened out (and he's usually fast to respond back to PM's). :)

Considering that, as of this reply, you have just seven posts, and four of them are here, and you aren't exactly known on this board yet, why not just make a new account? It would be a lot quicker.
