Does running Windows on a Mac work well...im thinking of getting a laptop and trying to decide on which OS...if I can run windodws on a mac I might as well get a Mac right??

Boot camp runs XP fine - as if it were on a normal BIOS-Based computer system instead of the EFI-Based system that mac's now have.
It's a very simple process, though it does require a little adjustment if you are booting Windows on a Mac laptop. To right click (after you install the proper software), you have to hold right-command and click. Or, alternatively, use an external 2 button mouse. :D
