What I really enjoy about Dan on the show is the fact that:
a)He is speaking from the heart
b)He brings that Storyteller mentality that a Director or Writer SHOULD bring to the conversation. I value his input as much as the other guys and value what he brings to the conversation even if I do not agree with him all the time (this is rare but it does happen.)
c) his funny "damn that came out wrong" moments. (WizMaster)
DAN T. you are the MAN!
Just keep doing what you do. :rolleyes:

I have to say I agree completely. I've been a big fan of his since Geekdrome and I always look forward to his reviews of movies. I credit Dan with getting me into comics and really good movies. That reminds me, I really wish Dan would start doing the comics for people who dont like comics segment he did in Geekdrome.
Dan is awesome.

I like Dan alot too, he reminds me sort of a mix between a friend of mine named Chris and Justin Timberlake. He and I also see eye-to-eye on a lot of things.

YES!! Thanks to "comics for people who don't like comics" I discovered there are titles out there I love love love. My life just wouldn't be complete without Powers and Walking Dead :D:D

Seriously though, dan is the man. He is part of a 4 part radness that cant be duped. His knowledge of directing, coupled with jeffs knowledge of acting with steves camera work and alexes common man perspective that ties it all together, its perfect.

They treat him with respect on the show too. unlike John London did on geekdrome. all john did was be an a$$ hole to him and beat on him with his dumb charters he came up with tackling him down to the floor and shit. that was ****ed up. I dont know if they are still friends and thats just the way they express there friendship but thats F*ckd up. imo.

Please...this is a positive thread and you're trying to turn it into a "bash Geekdrome" thread? Honestly, this smacks of girlish gossiping.
Geekdrome is over, it's done with. All the controversy surrounding it's cancellation has never been fully disclosed, the parties involved have moved on. Please be respectful and keep it moving, this is about Dan and TRS.

It really not that hard. 1st gear is the hardest. I was lucky enough to just buy a car that was manual as my first car. Ever since then, all I have bought is manual. I feel weird in an automatic. I just don't feel like I have any control over what the car is going to do.

One day we might be sitting around laughing at Dan extracting his foot from his mouth from the latest episode and the mothership from planet Q arrives carrying alien invaders. I love Dan, but you know don't let is awesomeness lull you into a false sense of security.
