I was thinking that it would be very helpful if you were to post a SubSystm episode that provided some basic information about the things that have changed regarding MythTV since you did the Systm episode on it. Things like the new equivalents to the card models mentioned in the Systm episode (pcHDTV has discontinued the HD-2000 and 3000 for example, and also mention about RF (radio based remotes) and also mention about the FireWire. You said that some cable companies deaden the FireWire port on the digital cable box. According to a federal law, if you are a cable subscriber paying for digital service, you have the right to demand a digital cable box with an enabled FireWire port and the cable company is required, BY LAW, to provide you with a digital cable box that has a working FireWire port WITHOUT CHARGING YOU A PENNY. You should mention this in such an episode of SubSystm, and also, it might be helpful for you to include a table that the viewers can pause on that shows different codecs and what hardware encoders there are and what GPU's support hardware accelerated playback of each codec.
