I consider myself fairly culturally diverse, and like to experience all sorts of entertainment, but my night at a Beijing Opera Company performance (held at the Barclay Theatre, at UCI) several years ago is among one of the most painful nights out I have ever had :)
actually a show about what people do while they are 'idling' might be pretty funny and possibly poignant
