Account Wrongfully Banned, Need help.

Please Help me get my account back! Message En Masse, Post on their Forms, anything. There is no reason why they have banned my account and then reactivated it send me an email saying that I can play, but when contacted support they tell me, my account is banned. Why is there no record of this? Why are they being so shady about this?

I have posted on Reddit Tera about the issue and what they have done. If anyone can help I would be so grateful !! I just want to play the game with my friends, with the character that I spend money on and so much time leveling.
