I just finished up, looked at bert's and noticed I messed up the woman's chin. That's ok, my finished version is here.

Well just watched the first video and had a play - enjoyed myself, which id the main thing

this is what happened




couldn't find a nice dark backgrounded wizard picture, things got worse from there

yup. got it from ebay awhile ago

Managed to follow along and do the lamp, took me 3 times longer though

got confused at the start cos I didn't set the mode for the pen tool to "Paths"
once that was done though all went well.

enjoyed the way you can draw then easily select the path into a layer
and loved the warp tool, really made the shade better.

when finished I duplicated the shade and dragged it down over the body
lightened it and set the opacity lower (like Bert did with the base shadow)
thought that would show a reflection of the light, had to warp it a little

Also did the same with the hole on top, put the texture in there and warped it
to match.

Its my first Picture I have drawn well pleased
