Missing episodes

So I was just going back through the archives and noticed several episodes missing. I did not go through them all, but a short list of some I did notice missing are 141, 145, 149, 151, 155, and 172. Were these requested to be taken down by copyright holders or is there some other reason you are unable/unwilling to host these?
