All videos in feed

How come all the videos aren't in the Zune feed?
There aren't even in the rss, or itunes feed either.
The only videos in the feed are, John's rants, ask the buffalo, and rumor roundup.
I like to download them and watch them on the bus.

And, why does Jon Q sound like the movie phone guy?
