back up ideas wanted

I want to backup my regular work laptop.

I have 2 extra 2tb HDs and a windows xp based UMPC.
The UMPC has wifi but no LAN port.

What solution do you think is best.
I prefer the files to be backed up as files and not a compressed ball o' files.

I just learned something, the new Lenovo Yoga's cant backup to WHS. They have some new file system. So don't use that if you have a Yoga for work.
