My brother gave me the coolest Christmas Present . . .

These are two of the "stick guns" we played with as kids . . . he retrieved them from our secret stash under the bridge by our house . . . one is a grease gun and the other a pistol with a carved end "silencer" . . . the shoe string sling is the original. They are mounted on pegs so they can be removed . . . and the map is of our parents house where we grew up with an X marking our "battle grounds, forts" etc . . .

They are 30 years old.

I just about lost it when I opened it . . .

Awesome, I remember going on a trip to a friend's cottage about 6 years ago and we cut wooden guns out of some old planks of wood. Mine ended up shitty but his looked really cool.

I gave my brother a 12 gauge gun cleaning kit. He owns a shotgun and doesn't even own a cleaning kit. Talk about a nut. We sure are a gun crazed country.

I have 2 very nice cleaning kits, rifle and shotgun. I have a pistol...I just never found time where I had the money for a decent rifle or shotgun.
