can't use filters in 32bit

So my brushes in photoshop were all creating noise, it turns out I was in 8bit mode so I switched to 32bit and now I can't use some of the filters (greyed out) because I'm in 32 bit mode. I want 32bit quality but it's not letting me use the filters anymore. Can anyone help?

Most filters only work in 16bit mode, switch to 16bit and you'll find they all work. 32bit is still limited on the filters
