I really enjoyed this episode. Philip Rosedale sounds like a really interesting guy, with lots of good ideas for software development. After 20 minutes the interview turned into an interesting talk about motivation practices.

And the video and sound was really good too. I think this is my favorite episode so far. :-)

Internet wise, I do alot of watching but not much participating. I signed up simply to show my appreciation (I'm one of those guys that never signs up).

This guy gave two Key advice (Questioning oneself upon their motive to start a new company and how to ask for feedback when your on the top of the food chain), from personal experience I couldn't agree more.

Thank you Kevin, for taking the time and making the effort to share all these great thoughts, history and background upon all these interesting people is something that all of us can really benefit from.
