Fml Help!!!!!!!!

im using fcp7 and i added a text to my first clip but i tried to put another text onto the next clip and it fucked everything up i pressed undo as much as possible and tried deleting the 2 sections but still the whole video still has the text after i did that..is there a way i can take text off completely or anything i can do without starting from scratch! ive been using fcp for 2 weeks now so im brand new any help i will take even tips advice w.e much appreciated!
