What would this computer be able to run games wise? I mean for instance would this be able to run Crisis 2 at max graphics?

Could you tell me what sort of games it would run at max graphics

and does this look like a good Gaming PC to build?

Looks fine to me. Not too sure where the 560 sits, (upper end GPU, but not the fastest), it should however run anything under the sun at 1080p without too much trouble.
