Default Youtube issues

I did not where to go for this problem. So I have had a lot of problems on youtube lately. First buffering issues. Sometimes a lot of time the video does not load up the whole way or it just stops. I have already tried playing the video or any video in a different quality it has not helped. Another thing that I have been having with youtube and it never happened before. If I scroll down and then go up the video has been cut off. Sometimes it is half or it is just all messed up. I don't know how to fix any of these issues. If anyone has a fix or can help with this issue that would be great.

youtube is a web site. It is not a program.

It's look, feel, and performance are highly dependent upon which platform you are using to get to youtube as well as your ISP, bandwidth, and any extensions/plugins you have.

If you want help, you might want to give more details.

I'll take a guess and say you are running windows ... but which version?
Browser? IE? Firefox? Chrome?
Flash installed and updated?
Do you have any extensions loaded? Are any of them "new"?

Help us help you.

I am running windows 7. I have all updates installed. Flash player is 11,3,300,262 installed. I am using firefox. I never use internet explorer or any other internet browser. The only extensions I have is ad block plus. I did solve the buffering issue. I will also upload what I mean with the video being cut off. Sometimes it is better to show people and instead of just telling people. Here is the image. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3.../example-1.png I have no idea why it is doing that. If you need any other info please let me know.

Hardware specs? CPU, Graphic Card, Intel or AMD? Does this happen with all video resolutions?

In the Flash player settings, just right click any Flash video or animation and choose settings, you can check if the hardware acceleration is enabled or disabled in the first tab?

Any other system connected to the same network and having the same issue? Can you see if the issue happens on IE?

It is a gateway DX4840 Intel (R) Core(TM) i3 Cpu 550 @3.20 gHz 3.20 ghz It did say hardware acceleration is enabled when I clicked the settings. No I don't have any other systems or anything else. I did try it on explorer it was a bit jagged when I scrolled up and down but it did not cut the video off. If it helps it says intel hd graphics. When it comes to video resolutions in youtube it does it no matter what. Even if I do it in the lowest setting. I have not tried to change my settings on my computer. I have set it to the best possible resolution. I don't know what else to tell you or anyone.

I usually make sure the flash's cache is cleaned out before watching a video.

Win7 - /users/(your account)/Appdata/roaming/Adobe/Flash Player/Assetcache/

Make sure you have the option checked to view hidden files.

If that fails, then I would check your internet connection/network. Try a different computer if possible to see if the same thing happens. If so, then it's something with your network. It could be your ISP connection. Have a tech guy come out from your provider to check the signal. If not, then it's something with your computer.

It's a start, but it will help narrow down the problem. then you could go from there.

If you know it's your PC, then I would try checking for malware or something. Maybe also remove Flash & re-install it.

I think it could be my mouse that is causing the issue. Because when I scroll up and down it stops and sometimes it makes the screen flicker. At least I think it could be causing it. Like this morning I was looking through images on google and it was stopping when I was scrolling up and down. It seems all of the my drivers are updated. My monitor is updated and is working like it should. All of my window updates are installed and all of them has come up just fine. It is just a guess not sure what else to say about this.
